This training ring will anchor into your gym floor (preferably concrete) and uses your existing floor mats. Your boxing ring will come with install instructions. *Anchoring hardware is sold separately. Each ring size comes with three-ropes AND they arrive COMPLETED! Why? Because money savings shouldn't equal time lost assembling your ring.
